What the site collects
The forms ask for your name and, where relevant, a phone number, an email address or a message. The site does not ask for a diagnosis or for other health data.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to reply to your request. If a contract follows, the same data may be used to perform it.
The basis is Article 6(1)(b) of Law No. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data: steps taken at your request before a contract and, where applicable, performance of the contract. These forms do not require a consent checkbox.
How long the data is kept
Form data is kept for as long as needed to reply to the request. If a contract follows, the documents are kept for the period the law sets for accounting records.
Who processes the data and where it goes
The site is hosted by IT CONCEPT SRL, on a server in the Republic of Moldova.
The site fonts are served from the server in the Republic of Moldova. Your IP address is not sent to Google in order to display the fonts.
Your rights
You may request access to the data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you may object to the processing, under Law No. 195/2024. Send the request to info@updent.md, call +373 79558800, or use the contact form on the site.
You may lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection: datepersonale.md.
