Materials
Zenex Multi & Zenex Plus fixture and
abutment are made of ASTM certified Titanium.
Preparation
The raw material is prepared
to be manufactured.
CNC Machining
The Zenex Multi & Zenex Plus Implant System are
manufactured by CNC Machine based on a design of each product.
Sand Blasting
Physically increase the roughness of the fixture surface
by blasting Alumina Powder to get a wide SLA surface
for osseointegration.
Etching
Chemically increase the roughness of the
fixture surface through chemical corrosion
to get a wide SLA surface for osseointegration
TiN Coating
For distinguishing products and aesthetic impression,
the electronic-chemical methods (TiN coating) are applied
artificially in gold color for some kinds of Abutments.
Cleaning
Final cleaning for perfect removal of pollutants is
proceeded in the Clean Room.
We conduct the final inspection after the final cleaning.
Packing
The packing process is automatically proceeded
without any foreign pollution.
Sterilization
Some products are sterilized by short-wavelength
gamma radiation. The color of the sticker on the package,
changed by the gamma radiation process indicates
sterilization.
